Lugano Lake Cruise – Visit to the Customs Museum

The customs museum is a curiosity in a once very poor area, where many men had to seek sustenance with illegal cross-border trade. It is located on the opposite shore of the lake, compared to Lugano, and can only be reached by boat. The museum is conceived in a light-hearted and fun way, where some of the imaginative techniques developed by those who had to achieve their task are shown. Depending on the size of the group and the time available, a stop at the grotto and/or a nice walk along the lakeside, in the shade of the chestnut trees, can be added to the tour.
