Ravioli Workshop

Try your hand at making ravioli in Lugano. In one of the most traditional restaurants in the city, Orologio.

You will be given gloves and a chef’s hat, you will be involved in every step of the procedure, from the dough to the filling. Afterwards you will enjoy the menu with a delicious local wine served by the best awarded sommelier of Switzerland and Italy 2003, Mr. Savino Angioletti.
