Panorama from San Salvatore – Descent on Foot

The 360° panorama at the top of Mount San Salvatore is one of the magnificent spectacles that can be enjoyed in Lugano and we will explain in detail everything you see. To complete this experience you can walk down, not directly to Lugano itself due to the impervious terrain. But towards Melide, home of Swissminiatur, or towards the wonderful village of Morcote, the most important center on the lake shore during the Middle Ages. The choice depends on the wishes of the group and the availability of time. From both of these locations you can return to Lugano either by boat or by postal bus. Mountain boots are necessary.
